You will see and understand how benefical our pancakes actually are, when you read the benefits of them.
Quinoa Protein
Quinoa is high in fiber, vitamins and minerals. The Quinoa protein is also good for the heart, because it contains omega-3, plus magnesium, iron, fiber, folate, potassium and antioxidants .
Quinoa has got more nutrients than other grains. It also gluten-free and can help with the blood sugar levels, cholerstorol, diabetes, heart disease (see above) and weight loss too.
Himalayan Pink Salt
The Himalayan Pink Salt provides several health benefits such as, it can reduce the signs of aging, improves your sleep quality, controls your blood sugar level and it can help with any respiatory diseases. (Remind you, that's why inhaling with salt is very good when we have a cold, etc, same as the Himalayan Salt Lamps are good for your health.) It can also improve the digestion. The skin can improve as well, as it has anti-infammatory properties that heals and soothes our skin, to make it a brigter (not dry) skin.
The Himalayan Pink Salt is not bad for us at all.

The beauty with our Protein Powder is, that you can make even more than "just" pancakes.
I have tried several own recipes. and they all tasted delicious. The recipes can be looked up at VivaMKhealth.org
As you can see above I made small cute and eye-catching protein muffins. On left here you see bars. I baked my own healthy protein bars using Checeky Chocolate and oats. I only had to cook them for 15 minutes. They are very filling and can be enjoyed with extra fruit too whilst baking them. Let your imagination flow.
We all know best, what we like most as we all have different tastes. Why not add some of your favourite fruit, bake them in the oven, air fryer, baking machine or multi-cooker.
The Protein pancakes are simple and quick to cook .
For 3 pancakes you would only need 2 scoops and 80ml of plant based milk, add them oil in the pan and cook them on each side until golden brown. That usually only takes 2-3 minutes / each site.
The pancake powder mixture can be used in varies way too.
I have cooked them in an airfryer for 5 minutes only. Don't they look great? I simply put some in muffin cases. The protein muffins are smaller than a protein pancake, but these are great as a snack alternative, whilst the pancakes can be great as a breakfast mea.

The Protein Pancake Powders are amazing.
They can be used in many forms, whether to bake cereal bars , little muffins and energy balls.
Making the energy balls with one of our Pancake Powder was simple and quick.
They can be eaten immediately or add them to your lunch box and have them as a snack.
I am not a chef or nutrionist or so. I simply enjoy baking and learn along the way.
